Osho Mandala Meditation

This mandala meditation by Osho creates cycle of energy. At the end of the meditation, you experience complete silence, nothingness or absolute stillness. This meditation has four different phases of fifteen minutes each.


This meditation is done with the help of special music which helps to build up cycle of energy. This music can be bought from the internet.

First Phase of Osho Mandala Meditation of Fifteen Minutes

Keep your eyes open and start running on the same place. Start calmly and then increase your pace as the time progresses. Lift your knees as high as possible. Take deep breaths because it will help energy to rotate within you. Forget everything about mind and body. Just continue running.

Second Phase of Osho Mandala Meditation of Fifteen Minutes

Close your eyes and sit down. Have your mouth open. Rotate your upper body starting from the waist like plants and trees move because of wind pressure. Feel that wind is making you to move from here and there. It will make the accumulated energy to concentrate on your navel.

Third Phase of Osho Mandala Meditation of Fifteen Minutes

Lay down on your back with your eyes open and keep your head still. Rotate your eyes in the clock wise direction. Move your eyes in such a way as if you are following the second hand of a big clock. You mouth should remain open and jaws should be still. Your breathing process should be calm. This phase will make energy to accumulate around the third eye.

Fourth Phase of Osho Mandala Meditation of Fifteen Minutes

Close your eyes and be still.
